July is almost over …

I can't believe how fast July has flown by. It's been a long time since I posted. This is because I've been busy moving forward in my spiritual life ...

Since April I've been meditating for 15 minutes, twice a day, for most days and it's having a huge effect on me. My health is changing, my feelings are changing, and my body is changing, in fact everything is changing for me. For the last few weeks I have been using the 'insight timer' app to monitor my meditation progress and to connect me with people all over the world who are meditators.

I've completed several courses too. I've done 'Placebo School', 'Integrating Science', Mindfulness (two separate courses), 'Mind Detox', 'Mind Calm'. All of these courses have had a massive effect on everything I do, think, and feel. I have become so much more calmer and grounded.

I have to go out right now, but I will complete this post over the next few days ...
